Terms of Service

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VoiceOps platform, website, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

02Service Description

VoiceOps provides an AI-powered telephone receptionist service designed to answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide business information on behalf of our clients.

VoiceOps reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We will communicate significant changes to active account holders.

03Accounts and Subscriptions

  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
  • Billing: Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). Certain tiers include a set allocation of AI agent minutes or calls. Overages beyond this allocation will be billed as metered usage strictly per the terms of your selected plan.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, there are no refunds for partially used billing periods. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

04Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VoiceOps for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You may not:

  • Use the AI receptionist to impersonate emergency services or government agencies.
  • Configure the AI to make outbound unsolicited marketing calls (robocalls).
  • Use the platform to collect sensitive personal data (such as SSNs or full credit card numbers spoken over the phone) contrary to PCI or regulatory compliance standards. VoiceOps is explicitly not HIPAA compliant out-of-the-box.
  • Attempt to disrupt, degrade, or gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure.

05Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VoiceOps, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any errors of scheduling or miscommunication generated by the AI agent.
